The Amazing gentleman walked me through the steps on the phone and i was able to unkink the hose in the back and vacuum out the lint fixing it myself!! He could have just come over and charged me $250 like another company i called first i will not name but he was a true gentleman and helped me for free ... If i EVER have ANY appliance problems in the future i will be using this company A+++++ Honest people are in short supply and this company is honest A+ again!
S2024-09-16There was an ongoing issue with our freezer in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Barry came out promptly, fixed the issue and gave us some things to watch out for. Explained everything as it was done in a clear and personable manner . Would definitely recommend this professional to do the job.
